HOW TO ORDER

To purchase items, simply fill in the order form located at the bottom of the website accordingly. A payment invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours to confirm the items of purchase. Please take time to carefully fill in the form with the correct details to avoid any misinformation and miscommunication.

Please do note that items you have opted to purchase, even though stated as available on the site at time of ordering, may be sold out by the time we send you your invoice as we are unable to keep track of our inventory round the clock and stock quantity is only updated every few hours. We would advise that you also fill in other alternative items you would like to purchase in case of merchandise unavailability due to the previously stated.

Once you have been issued an invoice, payment is expected within 24 hours. Delay or non response from buyer will result in the order being void and the buyer blacklisted from future purchase from us. Please do note that we do take this seriously and would advise buyers to only send in the order form with confidence of purchasing. If for any valid reason you are unable to make payment within 24 hours, please do inform us beforehand.

If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please do email us at INFO@SCHWINGSCHWING.COM to inform us. Please also check your junk folders as it might sometimes end up there.

We only take in orders via the order form. Any personal email, mobile or facebook messaging sales will not be entertained.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING DETAILS AND OPTIONS

Local buyers:

We accept direct and all interbank transfers to our POSB/DBS and UOB account. We currently do not accept Paypal and concealed cash for local orders. If you do not have a bank account to do a transfer, we recommend a cash deposit transfer at any POSB/DBS bank outlet. For all ATM transfers, a clear picture or scan of the transfer receipt is strictly needed to verify your payment. We are unable to verify your payment without this, thus we highly recommend that you keep the receipt till we have verified your payments successfully.

Normal postage is waived for all local orders. An optional extra surcharge of $2.50 is charged for registered mail. We highly recommend you opt for your package to be registered to ensure it reaches you. Please take note that we will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail if you do opt for normal mail.

Meetups are available only at Vivocity/Harbourfront Singapore. Timings will be confirmed via email if this option is chosen. Do take note that all payments will have to be made first prior to meetups.

All packages are mailed out using the Singapore Post service, approximately 3 working days after payments.

Please note that all our packages are sent out properly packed and sealed, with our return address and any lost or damaged mail cannot be held responsible by us.

International buyers:

We ship worldwide (everywhere else)!

We only accept Paypal funds transfer payments. Please note that the USD prices stated on the site is calculated with an average rate, and is subject to change according to exchange rates at the time of purchase. All Paypal payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars.

For international orders, we charge a first item charge of S$15 for all international orders, followed by S$5 for every other item excluding bulky items. Bulky orders that include shoes, bags and leather goods etc will have to be calculated accordingly. Email us at INFO@SCHWINGSCHWING.COM if you need to clarify anything.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not do any exchanges or refunds, unless there has been a mistake in your order on our part, or in the event of defected items not due to mail. These exchanges can only be made within a week from receipt of item/s.
